Please consider supporting Chess Cardinals. We are a 501(c)(3) IRS Tax-Exempt Organization striving each and every day to enrich lives and build a strong vibrant community through promoting Chess. Our mission is to make chess more accessible to our community. The concept of chess as a community-building tool is not new & has been used in many cities across the globe. Since Nov/2021, we have worked diligently and tirelessly to organize uninterrupted weekly tournaments.

For last one year, we have organized chess tournaments for as low as ‘$2 per tournament’ entry fees, thus becoming one of the most affordable chess clubs in the state of Missouri. We have never turned away anyone who can’t afford the entry fees to our Thursday tournaments. These tournaments have attracted chess players of all levels (novice to master) and successfully brought numerous first-time scholastic and adult players into chess. We are constantly aiming to improve the participation of female players in our tournaments through role-models and building camaraderie among them. We have now leased a 3624 sq ft space at Chesterfield Mall and started operating from this new location since Feb 6th, 2023.
